Playa Costa de Oro is a small beach town on the Pacific side of Costa Rica’s southern Nicoya Peninsula. A virgin beach where nature is the main one: sea turtle nesting, sometimes you see the luminescence, where you can surf (break point), watch birds, whales, etc.
This sandy beach is 4.5 km long, and is bordered by the Javilla estuary in the north and the Coyote estuary in the south. Across the Coyote estuary there is another small beach, Playa Coyote, which has a small fishing port and a couple local restaurants.
These lots are the perfect option for those who are looking to invest in a quite & beautiful beach just 30min from the new Manzanillo Airpot and 1 hour from the pristine beaches of Playa Hermosa and Santa Teresa.
