    Broker / Agent

    Mario is a Costa Rican born & raised in San Jose. He graduated from Saint Francis College in 1995, and received his degree in Business Management from Universidad Estatal A Distancia, UNED, in Costa Rica. Mario moved between Colorado and London, until finally settling back in the Santa Teresa area in 2001. Since then, he has been managing some of the top luxury hotels & rental properties in the area.

  • Haydee Stuart

    Rental & Sales Agent / Marketing

    Haydee is originally from Los Angeles, California. She majored in Film Production with a minor in Communication while at the University of Arizona, Tucson. Upon graduating she moved back to Los Angeles where she produced multiple feature films and television shows. Since 2010, she has been splitting her time between Costa Rica and the United States. Haydee has since turned her focus and skills on branding and marketing for small businesses worldwide.

  • Brett Callahan

    Sales Agent

    Brett was born and raised in Chatham, New Jersey. He graduated from Boston College with a degree is psychology. Brett came to Costa Rica in 2006 as a volunteer to teach English in the local elementary school. Since then he has been focusing on real estate, vacation rentals, and property management. He is fluent in both Spanish and English, and when he isn’t working he can be found surfing, fishing, and traveling.

  • Elizabeth Gomez

    Sales Agent

    Elizabeth, or Eli, is a Costa Rican originally from San Jose. She attended & graduated from the University de Creativa with a degree in Senior Technician in Digital Photography. After graduation, she began working at a company in San Jose on a project promoting the use of alternative energy. She decided to make the move to the Santa Teresa area 7 years ago where she began her freelance photography business, specializing in aerial & land photography.

  • Marian Arias

    Sales Agent

    Marian is a Costa Rican native born in San Jose. She graduated with a degree in Business Management from UNED University in Costa Rica. She then moved to Santa Teresa in 2014 because she wanted to live close to nature and the beach. She has worked in Real Estate since 2005 and has experience with property management, construction and property maintenance.

  • Felicitas Charpin

    Sales Agent

    Felicitas is originally from Argentina, where she graduated with a degree in Public Relations from the University of the Merchant Navy. With her experience in the areas of communication & tourism she decided to live next in Bahia, Brazil, where she held the job of General Manager in a renowned hotel chain. In 2014 she arrived in Santa Teresa, where without hesitation decided that it would be her new home. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities, surrounded by nature. Beside her native language she speaks English and Portuguese.
