Jonatan was born in Israel and raised between Argentina and Costa Rica. He studied hotel management and tourism in Argentina until he made the full time move to Santa Teresa in 2002. He has managed high-end properties and hotels in the area, including Latitude 10 and Rancho Cielo. He is fluent both in Spanish and English with a basic understanding of Hebrew. In his spare time he enjoys surfing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and all water activities.
