Manuela was born in Argentina, and raised in a mountain town in Patagonia. From an early age, she cultivated a deep appreciation for natural beauty and architectural design. In 2012, she graduated with a degree in Interior Design at the Universidad de Palermo.
Venturing across continents, Manuela spent several winters as a ski instructor in Mammoth, California. Costa Rica captured Manuela’s heart during a holiday in 2004, leading to annual extended stays and, eventually, a permanent move in 2013.
Over the past 12 years, Manuela has followed a multifaceted career path, with experience in architectural firms and property management. Drawing from a family legacy rooted in real estate in Argentina, Manuela brings a unique blend of international perspective and local insight to every transaction.
Beyond real estate, Manuela’s passions lie in connecting with nature and advocating for environmental conservation.
